Aussie Dad of 3. Living a healthy and meaningful life. Released from prison 15 years ago,16 years drug free, almost 12 months sober from Alcohol. Diagnosis of Border Line Personality Disorder and Complex PTSD. Life's thrown me many curve balls over the years but I've come out the other side a better man in multiple ways. I've recently left the construction industry due to a fairly serious back injury. I'm now on a personal journey of becoming a Peer Support Worker and to help out the youth of today that are going through what I did as a young man and to show them that there is a way to break the cycle and lead a meaningful life. I enjoy a lot of outdoor activities with my family and friends such as camping, fishing and four-wheel driving. I also try and see a new piece of Australia every year with my family. Apart from that I can be found building Lego with my partner in life, reading a book or just down at the local park, kicking a footy with the tin lids (Kids) taking each and every day as it comes and trying to find the good things in life every day.
